There are many approaches to the Pilates Method, and many teacher training options available. However, our focus is on intelligent, intuitive instruction, creating depth and process. We teach teachers to teach, not just move part A and B, but to see the whole picture and design programs around function and optimal movement for the client. Teachers of the Method come into the work with diverse backgrounds that help shape their approach, by encouraging creativity and integration of knowledge our students are prepared for success. We are joined in the spirit of the Pilates principles, our efforts enliven the work for the modern era. It is by continuing education that we strengthen our community and cultivate the best within our field. Let me pass onto you what I know so that you can share in my secrets to making a successful pilates business. This Teacher Training is an integrative approach to the work of Joseph H. Pilates. Incorporating modalities from physical and manual therapy, the course covers a complete repertoire including corrective and therapeutic exercises, assessment of kinetic function, and manual techniques to correct postural imbalance. Classes may be taken individually. Collectively, the series leads to certification. Upon enrollment, there are no refunds.
