About Us

Kate Hardy, owner/director of Boost Pilates Fitness, has over 20 years of teaching experience. Having studied the Pilates method in London and Los Angeles, she continues the perfection of form and movement begun by Joseph Pilates. The Boost Pilates Gyrotonic Fitness staff of experienced and well-trained instructors brings together skills from physical and manual therapy, dance, massage therapy, nutrition, and aromatherapy to provide total fitness for our clientele.

Boost Pilates Fitness, located in downtown Carmel, is a peaceful and private studio with state of the art equipment, and a knowledgeable and friendly staff. The first Pilates studio on the peninsula, Boost Pilates Fitness is dedicated to the art and science of physical conditioning.
