Classic Reformer
A full body workout that builds lean, flexible muscles as well as increases coordination, improves posture, and relieves stress. Pilates exercises require concentration, breath work, and precise movements. This class will be great for a beginner or advanced student!
Core & Cardio
Cardio and strengthening! We will incorporate the jump board into every routine to make sure we keep our heart rates elevated and our bodies burning calories. This class will be accompanied with energizing music to keep you inspired and motivated. Build long lean muscles while torching fat!
Mommy and Me
We know it is hard to find time and a babysitter for your workouts so bring your baby to class! We will go for a 20 minute walk around Carmel so bring the stroller. Then we will do a 40 minute pilates reformer session while your baby sits and watches from their car seat. Hopefully the walk will get them to sleep but if not no worries! We are all kid friendly here.
